What data do we collect?

basic account and authentication data, such as name, email address, and identifiers connected to the user account
organization, tenant, unit, group, and role information needed to provide the correct access level and view
service usage, log, and event data such as sign-ins, progress, reporting information, and security-related event records
information related to support requests, incidents, and administrative actions to the extent it contains personal data
cookie choices and related consent events when you manage analytics or marketing cookie preferences

to identify users, support sign-in, and manage access rights
to provide learner and administration views, store progress, and generate reporting
to maintain service security, technical reliability, and misuse prevention
to provide customer support, investigate incidents, and improve the service
to record consent settings and related choice history when a user manages non-essential cookies

if the request concerns an account managed by an employer or another organization, handling may also involve that organization's responsible contact

Cyravo stores the core account, organization, and role data required for using the service
not every view currently offers a separate self-service profile editor, so change requests may be handled through organization administration or the privacy contact
if you notice incorrect profile data, contact your organization's admin contact or info@calesta3d.com

marketing-related cookie choices are managed through cookie settings rather than a separate profile page
if you receive optional Cyravo-related communications, you can ask to stop them by following the message instructions or by contacting info@calesta3d.com
essential service messages, such as notices related to usage or security, may still be sent even when marketing preferences are not enabled

essential cookies remain enabled so that sign-in, protection, and core functionality work correctly
analytics and marketing cookies are optional, and you can accept or reject them in the cookie banner or later in cookie settings
consent choices, timestamps, and version details may be stored so that consent can be demonstrated and updated settings can be respected

retention periods can vary by data category depending on whether the data relates to an active account, customer relationship, support case, or security log

this page serves as Cyravo's general privacy notice for learner, administration, and support use
if a specific service, integration, or organization-specific implementation requires more detailed information, it can be supplemented with a service-specific privacy notice or contractual appendix
at the current stage, Cyravo Core falls under this general privacy notice to the extent personal data is processed in the service
